It was another memorable year at Camp Wilderness. Thank you to all of you who helped in the kitchen preparing food and helping in the clean up. You guys are the BEST! I appreciate all of your support and efforts to make this event a success.
This year we purchased our perishables for the first time at Coburn’s. They were very helpful and we received $50.00 off our bill and a free turkey! The manager told me to email him ahead of time next year and they will have everything pulled and ready for pickup. The business owners and citizens of Park Rapids are truly a remarkable bunch!
I am still looking for an individual that I can mentor in taking over my position as “Chief Cook and Bottle Washer”, as I mentioned in last year’s new letter I would like to pass the baton.
